Sunday Super Shakes

Here is one shake recipe to get a lot of nutritional bang for your buck in your post workout nutrition.

Orange Creamsicle
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Orange Juice
Handful of spinach
1/4 tsp of Truvia
1 scoop of Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein
1 tbsp flaxseed oil

You’re getting protein, loads of vitamins and nutrients from the almond milk and spinach, essential fats from the flaxseed, and a good dose of carbs from the orange juice and truvia to regenerate those [depleted] glycogen levels.

Plus it tastes like an ORANGE CREAMSICLE (from the Orange Juice meeting the Vanilla protein powder). How awesome can that be? I’m sure you’ve tried mixing different protein drinks with other stuff unsuccessfully (I have a couple of stories for ya…) but to mix it with the proper protein powder = amazing results.
