Conditioning – 20-yard Sprints x 5

1a. 1H KB Swing @ 30lb – 2×20/side
1b. TRX Row Variations – 3sets x 15reps
2a. Tall Kneeling Bottoms-Up KB Press @ 30lbs – 3×5/side
2b. KB Windmill @ 30lbs – 3×5/side
3. Stacked KB Windmill (25+12) – 1×4

My off days will always consist of some type of TRX prehab, KB movements, and/or sprinting/jump roping to keep my fast twitch muscles going (and for fat loss as well).
